Mentorship Helping Migrant and Refugee Unaccompanied Minors Navigate Adulthood<\/em><\/strong> que tiene como objetivo apoyar a j\u00f3venes no acompa\u00f1ados (antiguos UAM) en su transici\u00f3n hacia la edad adulta, promoviendo su integraci\u00f3n social.<\/p>\n<p>El proyect<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-14863 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/puntdereferencia.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/ROAD-Logo-pos.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"252\" height=\"206\" \/>o RoAD, que se inici\u00f3 el febrero de 2022 y cuenta con la financiaci\u00f3n de la Uni\u00f3n Europea, se lleva a cabo en diferentes pa\u00edses europeos a trav\u00e9s de diferentes entidades que implementan la mentor\u00eda social inspirada en el modelo de Punt de Refer\u00e8ncia:\u00a0<strong>ARSIS<\/strong>\u00a0en Grecia,\u00a0<strong>Defense for Children Internacional<\/strong>\u00a0en Italia y \u00a0<strong>Mentoring Europe<\/strong>\u00a0en los Pa\u00edses Bajos (una asociaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s centrada en ofrecer formaci\u00f3n a profesionales en mentor\u00eda).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trabajar en red y con una visi\u00f3n europea<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Compartir la experiencia profesional permite el <strong>intercambio de modelos de formaci\u00f3n de mentor\u00eda<\/strong> para menores no acompa\u00f1ados y j\u00f3venes <strong>con una visi\u00f3n global y europea, pero teniendo muy clara la voluntad de actuaci\u00f3n en clave local<\/strong> para facilitar la atenci\u00f3n personalizada a menores migrados y refugiados no acompa\u00f1ados.<\/p>\n<p>Recientemente, <strong>Punt de Refer\u00e8ncia ha liderado en Barcelona la reuni\u00f3n internacional entre todos los participantes del RoAD<\/strong>. Fueron horas de trabajo intenso y compartido, y d\u00f3nde se cont\u00f3 con la visi\u00f3n de Eunice Romero, directora general de Migraciones, Refugio y Antirracismo de la Generalitat de Catalu\u00f1a, y de Lorena Gaona, responsable de proyectos en Catalu\u00f1a de la Federaci\u00f3n de Entidades con Proyectos y Pisos Asistidos (FEPA).<\/p>\n<p>A ra\u00edz del encuentro en Barcelona, <strong>hemos aprovechado para reflexionar con representantes de las tres entidades sobre que supone la mentor\u00eda y los beneficios que aporta<\/strong> compartir experiencias conjuntas:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-14866 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/puntdereferencia.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/\u0391\u03a1\u03a3\u0399\u03a3-\u03bb\u03bf\u03b3\u03cc\u03c4\u03c5\u03c0\u03bf-10-2019-\u0391-scaled-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"215\" height=\"152\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>ARSIS. GRECIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201cLa mentor\u00eda ayuda el joven que migra a descubrir sus capacidades, a obtener una visi\u00f3n m\u00e1s amplia del nuevo lugar donde vivo\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cDesde ARIS, creemos que la mentor\u00eda, permite a la juventud conectar con la ciudadan\u00eda local -un mentor o mentora-, cosa que les ayuda a entender mejor el sistema del pa\u00eds donde viven, a comprender sus obligaciones como ciudadanos y, por supuesto, sus derechos\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cEl acompa\u00f1amiento y el v\u00ednculo con un mentor o mentora facilita la conexi\u00f3n de la juventud con el lugar y observamos que el bien m\u00e1s importante que se genera, a trav\u00e9s de esta relaci\u00f3n de mentor\u00eda, es el sentimiento de pertenencia. Percibimos la mentor\u00eda social como un medio para apoyar a los menores no acompa\u00f1ados y a la juventud refugiada en su camino hacia la edad adulta, buscamos ser una herramienta complementaria de apoyo en los marcos institucionales y medios de protecci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes y la infancia que existen en la actualidad\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>\u201cNuestra idea es qu\u00e9 como mejor se utilicen todos los medios disponibles para la protecci\u00f3n de la infancia y la juventud, como por ejemplo pisos\/casas de acogida, apartamentos semiaut\u00f3nomos, instituciones educativas, mayor ser\u00e1 el apoyo que se ofrece a estos j\u00f3venes. Por ello, es fundamental una buena cooperaci\u00f3n entre las partes implicadas que trabajan la protecci\u00f3n y el cuidado de la infancia y los j\u00f3venes\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>\u201cAdmiramos a los chicos y chicas que participan en nuestros programas. Una de las cosas que ponemos m\u00e1s en valor es la energ\u00eda y la buena voluntad que ofrecen en nuestras reuniones y encuentros con sus mentores. A pesar de las adversidades a las cuales se han enfrentado en el pasado y que, desgraciadamente, por la carencia de apoyo del Estado, contin\u00faan viviendo, \u00a1tienen el anhelo de creer y de conocer el mundo! ITALIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201cTrabajar con otras organizaciones de la UE nos permite pensar en diferentes soluciones, sensibilizar la comunidad y compartir experiencias y maneras de afrontar los retos\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cLa mentor\u00eda ayuda a los j\u00f3venes que emigran a ser m\u00e1s aut\u00f3nomos en el nuevo contexto y tambi\u00e9n a contar con una persona de referente. Las relaciones significativas con un mentor o una mentora sirven de gu\u00eda para el\/la joven y favorecen la integraci\u00f3n en la comunidad local de acogida y con su red, y a la vez facilitan que logren la autonom\u00eda en diferentes \u00e1mbitos de la vida como la vivienda, el trabajo y los estudios\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cTrabajar con j\u00f3venes migrantes nos ayuda a entender m\u00e1s a fondo las dificultades que se enfrentan a escala social y en su vida diaria, sobre todo en cuanto al acceso a los servicios y, por lo tanto, a derechos como la salud, la documentaci\u00f3n, la vivienda, etc.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>https:\/\/www.defenceforchildren.it\/<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-14860\" src=\"http:\/\/puntdereferencia.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Mentoring-Europe-Logo-horizontal-scaled-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"316\" height=\"94\" \/>\u00a0 MENTORING EUROPE.
