{"id":28512,"date":"2025-02-25T15:48:49","date_gmt":"2025-02-25T15:48:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puntdereferencia.org\/?p=28512"},"modified":"2025-03-03T11:44:49","modified_gmt":"2025-03-03T11:44:49","slug":"punt-de-referencia-se-reune-con-el-conseller-de-politica-linguistica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puntdereferencia.org\/es\/punt-de-referencia-se-reune-con-el-conseller-de-politica-linguistica\/","title":{"rendered":"Punt de Refer\u00e8ncia se re\u00fane con el conseller de Pol\u00edtica Ling\u00fc\u00edstica"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>La directora de la entidad, Rita Gran\u00e9, destaca el impacto positivo de las relaciones de mentor\u00eda<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"227\" data-end=\"614\">En el encuentro con el conseller de Pol\u00edtica Ling\u00fc\u00edstica, Francesc Xavier Vila Moreno, se ha puesto en valor c\u00f3mo <strong>las relaciones de mentor\u00eda facilitan que la juventud migrante que llega sola a Catalu\u00f1a aprenda y practique el catal\u00e1n.<\/strong> Asimismo, se ha constatado la necesidad de m\u00e1s recursos de alfabetizaci\u00f3n en catal\u00e1n y se ha acordado impulsar una propuesta para mejorar la situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"616\" data-end=\"659\"><strong data-start=\"620\" data-end=\"657\">El estado del catal\u00e1n en Catalu\u00f1a<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"661\" data-end=\"1077\">Durante el mes de febrero se ha publicado la Encuesta de usos ling\u00fc\u00edsticos de la Generalitat de Catalu\u00f1a, que se\u00f1ala que el uso habitual del catal\u00e1n es, por primera vez, inferior a un tercio de la poblaci\u00f3n en el Principado de Catalu\u00f1a. En los \u00faltimos veinte a\u00f1os, el n\u00famero de personas extranjeras ha aumentado un 184%, lo que explica la brecha porcentual y la ca\u00edda en el porcentaje de uso habitual de la lengua.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1079\" data-end=\"1618\">En este contexto, entidades como Top Manta han reivindicado que \u201cEn Catalu\u00f1a hay 2,3 millones de personas que queremos aprender catal\u00e1n, pero la Generalitat solo ofrece 120.000 plazas anuales\u201d. La falta de plazas, convocatorias, espacios formativos en poblaciones peque\u00f1as y la dificultad en los procesos de inscripci\u00f3n en los cursos dificulta el acceso de los estudiantes.
