Assemblea 2020: valorem l’any 2019 i presentem els reptes pel 2020
L’ Assemblea anual de Punt de Referència s’ha celebrat de manera virtual, aquest canvi de format ha permès que la participació hagi estat la més alta de la història de l’entitat, amb 25 socis i sòcies.
L’Assemblea és un bon espai per aprofitar i explicar a les persones sòcies de Punt de Referència com evoluciona l’economia de l’entitat i el funcionament dels projectes i tenir un espai on poder realitzar propostes de cara al pròxim curs.
En referència a l’economia, les assistents van aprovar el tancament econòmic de l’any 2019 (l’auditoria econòmica es podrà consultar en poques setmanes al nostre web) i el pressupost de 2020, que ha calgut revisar una vegada arribada la pandèmia. Les persones sòcies van estar d’acord en frenar el creixement de l’entitat, per garantir-ne la sostenibilitat.
També es va aprovar la incorporació de la Maria Iglesias a la Junta directiva, que ara està formada per 7 persones: Juanjo Ortega (President), Joan Prat (Secretari), Mònica Arús (Tresorera) i els vocals Isidre Carbonell, Carmen Netzel, Eloi Jerez i Maria Iglesias.
Pel que fa als Projectes, Punt de Referència va explicar en detall les previsions de cada un de cara al 2020, en fem un resum:
Primeres Acollides: És la porta d’entrada a Punt de Referència per a jovent i voluntariat. Des de les acollides preveiem atendre més de 150 joves i acollir més de 350 persones en sessions informatives de voluntariat.
PROJECTES DE MENTORIA: Es destaca el fet que, des de 2019, tots els projectes de mentoria atenen joves a partir dels 16 anys, un fet que tindrà continuïtat durant el 2020.
Referents
- Acompanyarem 50 parelles de mentoria, i la durada de les relacions entre joves i referents s’allarga a 10 mesos.
- Incorporarem els aprenentatges en base a la recerca sobre projectes de mentoria en la qual ha participat el projecte: Applying mentoring
Atenea
- Formarem 15 parelles de mentoria i obrirem 20 places per joves a l’espai d’estudi. El projecte de mentoria intensificarà el treball dirigit relacionat amb les tècniques d’estudi. Atenea comptarà també amb parelles de mentoria que vulguin participar per segon any.
GR16-18
- De cara al curs 2020-21 el model de mentoria ja no serà grupal sinó que passarà a ser de 1 a 1 i complementat amb activitats grupals de fotografia. S’ampliarà el projecte a 15 parelles i es destacarà un treball individual més intensiu.
PROJECTES D’HABITATGE: Compten amb jovent de 18 a 21 anys amb els quals es vol tendir a oferir un itinerari d’habitatge més enllà d’un recurs, allargant el suport socioeducatiu més enllà dels 21 anys.
Pisos assistits
- Es comptarà amb 12 places mixtes en 3 pisos (a Barcelona, Cornellà i L’Hospitalet).
- El mètode de treball preveu un canvi cap a un model de treball amb el jovent per competències. Pel 2020 preveiem també un creixement en les necessitats de suport jurídic.
Acull
- Comptarà amb 6 noves llars acollidores de jovent migrat, de poblacions de l’Àrea Metropolitana de Barcelona.
- Reorganitzarem els seguiments grupals amb els nuclis acollidors, que passen a ser bimensuals combinats amb espais de lleure compartit.
PROJECTES DE SUPORT SOCIOEDUCATIU I PARTICIPACIÓ
Trajecte
- Es preveu oferir suport a 40 joves. Fruit de la creixent demanada d’acompanyament, treballarem per construir aliances per atendre millor el jovent sense sostre.
JovesXjoves
- Es realitzaran activitats grupals i tallers sobre noves masculinitats per construir un grup de 10 joves impulsors d’aquest projecte de participació.
ÀREA FORMACIÓ I CONSULTORIA
- Seguirem oferint consultories a demanda d’altres organitzacions sobre el model de mentoria de Punt de Referència. De cara al 2020 hi ha tancades demandes del Pla Català de Refugi de la Generalitat de Catalunya i el programa IncorporaJoven de Fundació La Caixa.
- El 2019 hem dissenyat una nova formació en acompanyament des de les figures de referència, que permetrà consolidar les formacions d’aquesta àrea.
- El 2020 preveiem dissenyar una nova formació per facilitar acolliments familiars.
ÀREA INTERNACIONAL
- Continuarà la nostra participació al Comitè executiu organitzatiu de l’European Mentoring Summit de Barcelona.
- La col·laboració amb el projecte Re-Generations continuarà durant el 2020, i les formacions previstes amb les entitats d’ Itàlia i Grècia es realitzaran mitjançant webinars.
Després d’aquesta intensa posada al dia, esperem tornar a reprendre algunes reflexions d’aquí uns mesos amb les persones sòcies, i poder treballar conjuntament el Pla Estratègic o imaginar com ens agradaria fer Punt de Referència al llarg dels pròxims anys.
