El projecte “Llars El Pas” guardonat per la seva capacitat de transformació social
Els premis de la Confederació 2022 han reconegut, amb una menció especial, el projecte ‘Llars El Pas’ que impulsem des de Punt de Referència per la seva capacitat de transformació social i innovació. El premi ha fet valdre l’aposta per promoure la inclusió dins de l’habitatge cooperatiu. En concret, s’ha premiat la idea innovadora d’impulsar la incorporació d’un pis solidari per a jovent extutelat dins la comunitat de La Balma, ubicada al barri de Poblenou de Barcelona. Això ha permès que el Nama i l’Abde ara siguin 2 veïns més de l’habitatge, ben actius a l’hora de fer millores als espais comuns de l’edifici o organitzant una barbacoa comunitària al terrat. Com va destacar Rita GranéS, directora de Punt de Referència en l’acte d’entrega dels premis el passat 19 d’octubre, no podem oblidar que “el jovent que acompanyem està doblement estigmatizat per dues etiquetes: la d’extutelat i la de menor migrant sol. Poder viure a La Balma els permet formar part d’una comunitat i és l’oportunitat per sortir dels recursos socials i ser el que són: joves que aporten a la comunitat”.
Des de Punt volem posar en valor el suport decidit de la cooperativa Sostre Cívic i la Comunitat La Balma perquè aquest projecte sigui una realitat. “Aquestes dues entitats han estat les primeres, però confiem que no seran les úniques -va argumentar Rita Grané – perquè encara hi ha molts més nois i noies esperant oportunitats com aquesta”.
Aquesta menció especial ha permès que les organitzacions del tercer sector de Catalunya reconeguin a Punt de Referència per la seva la capacitat d’impulsar transformacions socials, cosa que “és un orgull i ens anima a continuar innovant i fent recerca de noves oportunitats per al jovent tutelat i extutelat”.
Llars El Pas, com sabeu, és el projecte de Punt que permet disposar d’un habitatge a llarg termini al jovent que ja ha finalitzat la seva estada en els projectes Acull o Pisos Assistits i que encara no pot accedir a pisos del mercat ordinari d’habitatge. Aquest suport és clau perquè el jovent pugui consolidar els seus itineraris d’emancipació: finalitzar els estudis, aconseguir una feina, aprendre a tenir cura de la llar i d’ells mateixos i ampliar la seva xarxa de suport.
Els Premis Confederació, creats el 2017, han permès conèixer i visibilitzar experiències impulsades per entitats del Tercer Sector Social que treballen en l’àmbit dels serveis socials i d’atenció a les persones d’arreu del territori.
