- Amb quina paraula definiries el projecte ‘Som Llavor’?
‘Som Llavor’ és empoderament.
- Per quina necessitat es va crear ‘Som Llavor’, un projecte de participació i incidència?
‘Som Llavor’ es va crear l’any 2021, després de la pandèmia i davant la necessitat d’oferir al jovent un espai on puguin expressar les seves idees i inquietuds i, alhora, es puguin veure com a persones amb plens drets i capacitat d’influir en aquelles coses que els afecten directament.
Tota aquesta reflexió parteix del fet que el jovent que està sota l’empar de l’administració té menys possibilitats de participació en el món de l’oci i del lleure ja que la seva prioritat es sostenir-se a si mateixos i tirar endavant amb la seva emancipació. I amb això, perden l’oportunitat d’explorar els seus propis interessos i inquietuds, cosa que no passa amb els joves de la seva generació. ‘Som Llavor’ també dona resposta a aquesta necessitat tan vital de participar d’un espai pel simple fet de gaudir-lo i també d’experimentar amb les habilitats que es generen: comunicatives, relacionals, d’identificació amb referents culturals o els monitors i educadors que els acompanyen.
- Un noi o noia que vol formar part de ‘Som Llavor’ com ho ha de fer?
Aquest any, hi participen un total de 13 nois i noies. Des de Punt de Referència fem una crida inicial perquè els joves interessants contactin amb nosaltres, a través del web, de WhatsApp, xarxes socials o butlletins específics. Els requisits per formar-ne part són: joves d’entre 16 i 23 anys, que tinguin desig de participar en un espai grupal, que vulguin conèixer equipaments culturals i d’oci de la ciutat i que puguin dedicar 2h a la setmana a assistir-hi. A més, han de tenir inquietuds pel món audiovisual.
- La cultura té un poder transfomador?
La cultura, al final, et permet generar una mirada constructiva i crítica entorn a la realitat social i la teva pròpia realitat. Amb ‘Som Llavor’ proporcionem un espai de conversa i de reflexió que estimula als joves a qüestionar-se coses, proposar-ne de noves i a veure’s a si mateixos com a possibilitadors del canvi. Saber que poden fer coses i transformar la seva realitat per molt dura que aquesta sigui.
A més, la cultura també és generadora de cohesió social. Un exemple d’això ha estat poder compartir un intercanvi amb joves de l’institut La Mallola d’Esplugues de Llobregat i on vam poder parlar sobre temes que afecten als adolescents i també sobre el fet migratori donant resposta a una inquietud vital que tenia l’alumnat de La Mallola. I per últim, no podem obviar, que la cultura també ens permet oferir respostes creatives als reptes actuals.
- Com s’arriba a escollir el tema del projecte sobre el qual es vol fer incidència? Per què s’ha escollit l’entorn audiovisual davant d’altres possibles disciplines artístiques?
Abans d’escollir el tema del projecte, fem tot un treball de cohesió i coneixement del grup. Fem dinàmiques generadores de pensament crític entorn a diferents temàtiques, com la igualtat de gènere, de drets humans, el concepte d’identitat, l’habitatge, l’oci saludable, etc.
Nosaltres proposem el model audiovisual perquè és molt atractiu pel col·lectiu de joves i ells i elles escullen el tipus de format: vídeo, pòdcast, fotografia… Aquest any, ha estat de nou un vídeo, que s’inspira en entrevistes fetes al carrer i gravació d’àudios sobre la problemàtica de l’habitatge.
- ‘Som Llavor’ parteix d’una visió mutidisciplinar de l’art, oi? Quines activitats culturals porteu a terme amb el jovent?
Sí, al 100%. Un dels eixos del projecte és fer activitats culturals de descoberta del territori. Hem visitat l’exposició Ghorba a la Casa Golferichs, hem vist la World Press Foto al CCCB i l’exposició ‘Identitats’ al Pati Llimona. Les reflexions dels joves són interessants. Per exemple el Lahcen va dir que mai havia vist una exposició així i que li va impressionar molt veure el perill que passen els periodistes per fer algunes de les fotografies exposades al World Press Foto. Mentre, que la Leslie va reflexionar que algunes fotos li recordaven molt a Veneçuela i els successos que allà hi passen.
- Participes cada setmana a ‘Som Llavor’, quins progressos veus en els nois i noies al llarg que passen els dies?
Bàsicament hi ha una millora a nivell de competències importantíssimes i claus per a l’emancipació com són l’autoconeixement, la consciència emocional i també la millora en les habilitats relacionades amb la participació: és a dir saber comunicar-se, prendre la iniciativa i fer créixer les capacitats de vinculació i també la sensibilitat artística.
- L’any passat es va crear un vídeo reivindicatiu on el jovent explica actituds racistes que han viscut? Aquest any quin el fil argumental?
Aquest any incidim amb un tema molt proper als joves de Punt de Referència i que afecta directament al tot el seu col·lectiu com és l’accés a l’habitatge, poder disposar d’oportunitats reals i emancipadores d’ocupació i també com n’és d’important tenir una bona xarxa de suport per a la vida i el benestar propi.
- En què ha consistit l’acte de presentació i el tema de l’audiovisual d’aquest any?
La presentació va tenir lloc el passat 1 de juny a les 18h al Casal Transformadors. Va ser un acte emotiu i, alhora, reivindicatiu perquè el tema del dret a l’habitatge i a l’ocupació és quelcom que cal posar reivindicar amb fermesa i vehemència perquè és un dret del qual s’ha desposseït a una franja important de la societat. A més, vam tenir l’oportunitat d’escoltar de primera mà l’experiència i veure el treball que han fet els nois i noies amb la creació del vídeo “Som joves, som llavor” i en una sala amb un centenar de persones que ens van acompanyar i van participar activament del col·loqui posterior. Va ser com complir un somni.
- Què t’ha aportat professionalment i personalment aquesta feina?
Molts aprenentatges. És la primera vegada que dinamitzo un grup que està aprenent l’idioma, això m’ha fet ser més creativa amb les dinàmiques proposades. També ha suposat per a mi un canvi de mirada. Saps que els joves són molt potents però quan els escoltes argumentar, donar els seus punts de vista, conèixer les seves pròpies vivències, fer propostes, quan van guanyant confiança i diuen la seva, i qüestionen i són crítics, això t’enriqueix. Estic molt contenta de formar part del projecte.
- Si t’haguessis de quedar amb un record?
Com que aquest grup m’ha donat tant, és difícil limitar-me a un record, així que en compartiré dos: el primer, és quan estàvem fent el treball de cohesió de grup. Utilitzem una metodologia que es diu “la prevenció” es tracta d’una escaleta , que un dels seus últims esglaons és la cooperació, així que realitzem una dinàmica anomenada “les cadires cooperatives”. El típic joc de les cadires ,on poses música i la gent va ballant i quan la música s’atura han de seure en una cadira. En aquesta dinàmica es canvia la lògica del joc, en lloc de descartar persones, es descarten cadires i ells han de cooperar perquè ningú no es quedi sense lloc on seure. Jo portava una cançó preparada per a la dinàmica, mogudeta però una cançó qualsevol… Molts no ballaven, llavors Mohammed va aturar la dinàmica, treu el mòbil i em demana de posar una de les seves cançons i van començar a ballar, es respirava alegria i aplaudiments… Em va emocionar i també em va fer pensar en la importància de la interculturalitat i del reconeixement.
El segon record és ja durant el procés de creació del vídeo. El dia que s’estaven entrevistant entre ells, la seguretat que hi havia al grup, la complicitat, les rialles i el fet que, al final, demanessin de fer una foto grupal on estiguéssim tots és un bonic record.
